Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH type, ISI marked, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20mm dia medium grade (MMS) and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories are concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc; modular metal flush box with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick including modular top cover plate as per numbers of switch modules for fixing of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc. as approved colours and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH type unsheathed (Green colour), single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat including providing putty and white cement for smooth finishing of existing surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch

One socket outlet 3 Pin, 5 Amps, on the same board

One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board

All as per Srl item No. 15.03 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm cable copper for 3 pin, 15 amps socket outlet and 3 pin, 5 amps socket outlet independent controlled by one switch on independent board, including 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC indulated sheathed continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly.

LED bulb 10 Watt lumen not less than 770 lumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal, VTPN distribution board (DB) fitted with DPX3, 160 MCCB, 04 way, (DPX3 -160 +12), complete with metal door, 415 volts rating and IP 56 protection the DB shall be fixed flush to wall and including all internal connection, necessary reducer lugs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Concealed sub main wiring of two run with 06 sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit 25mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked and fixed, including cutting /chasing as required and its accessories including one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor in green colour, connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit only.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 20mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction.

LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, comprising earth work , excevation, returning filling, disposal of surplus spoils to a distance not exc 50 mtr from starting point in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, 200 mm thick, vent shaft, connections etc.for 10 users (1600 liter capacity) including all fittings, fixtures, testing on completion complete all as specified.

Construction of soakage well (Brick construction) 3m dia and 4.50m deep below inlet pipe level (depth from inlet pipe to ground level 45cm), complete all as specified and shown on drg No. CEUZ/TD-1585/2021 sheet 1/4 to 4/4.

Trial bore of 300mm dia upto 200m depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and comminssioning of refrigerator, (single phase) double door BEE 5 star rated frost free, digital inverter with hermetically sealed compressor of min capacity 380 litres suitable to use on 230 volt, AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and comminssioning of refrigerator, (single phase) Single door BEE 5 star rated frost free, digital inverter with hermetically sealed compressor of min capacity 120 litres suitable to use on 230 volt, AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and comminssioning of glass top deep freezer BEE 5 star rated hard top having capacity 320 litres, double door, single phase 240 V, 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled, indoor type, wall mounted type & designed for input variation between 170 volts to 250 volts with output stabilized voltage at 230 volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Air curtain, suitable for 4 feet door opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Preforated UPVC pipe of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part -XV (Schedule of credit) during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
