Demolition of PCC/lime concrete terracing including felt in any description and in any position over roof etc omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to 'V' Section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting and filling solidly a hot mixture of bitumen and dry sand in proportion of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of parapite and or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge incl troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces when concrete is stil green finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of existing surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm metre etc omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying water proofing treatment with the following (a) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.4 Kg / Sqm (b) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm ) laid on primed surface by forced torched application complete all as specified and as directed. Taking up or down existing 15 mm dia bore tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing 20 mm mm dia bore tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing 15mm dia bore galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing 20mm dia bore galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old 15mm dia steel tubing and connections obtained from taking down against item No 10 here in before in new or old position fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with new fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old 20mm steel tubing and connections obtained from taking down against item No 11 here in before in new or old position fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with new fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing any size tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position omplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 Ltr capacity or rotational moulded polyetyylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) ISI marked or make specified, two layered construction hoisted and fixed in position incl S&F 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600mm llong with fitting incl taking down of existing unserviceable tank complete all as specified in SSR Part - I complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 20mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minium weight 210 gms ), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC / AC / rain water / Vent / waste pipe incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC SWR pipe in any length with rubber ring joint laid in floor and wall with necessary clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, provided with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrabbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts sheet obtained from item No 29 above shall be reused complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 6mm thick Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws /J hook complete all as specified and as directed.
