Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting 15 M high roof top tower from top to bottom including bracings, landings, platforms, guard rails, runways etc with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL High-gloss or equivalent synthetic enamel paint (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade of approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade over and including a coat of Zinc Chromate yellow primer and a base coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent)including scaffolding and taking all necessary safety precaution to protect human life. insuance coverage of labours etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply hot dipped galvanised missing Tower material / members (if any) conforming to relevant IS codes as specified in BSNL Tower Manual, including welding, drilling holes, threading wherever necessary all complete as per drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(This item shall be paid only on production of necessary certificate from the competant store authority regarding the quantity of store materials issued short along with the list thereof)

Providing Pit Earthing with coper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3mm thick placed vertically in the excavated pit of size 900 x 900 x 3000mm . The plate shall be connected with 50x6 mm GI strips.The bolts,nuts washers shall be copper.The pit shall be filled with charcoal and salt upto a depth of 900mm and remaining portion with black soil without stones. The masonry chamber shall be provided at ground level of size 300 x 300 x 300mm with 125 mm thick brick work with bricks of CD 50 in CM 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) made on 700X700X150 mm base concrete 1:4:8 (1-cement:4-coarse sand:8-graded stone aggt. with 40mm nominal size ) with a hole in the middle to pass the GI pipe of 20 mm dia with a provision for funnel and provided with CI frame and cover (wt of cover not less than 4.5 kg/sqm) with locking arrangements. The funnel shall be fixed with wire mesh. The manhole cover shall be painted and marked with the value of earth resitance including measurement of earth resistance by earth megger etc complete as per direction of the E-in-C.The value of earth resiatance should be less than 0.50 Ω and nothing extra shall be paid for getting extra resiatance less than 0.50 Ω.

Providing & Fixing LED avaiation lamp of single bulb system of Bajaj , Binoy or equivalent approved brand at the top of Tower with day and night automatic timer switch , MCB switch, armoured insulated copper cable from aviation lamp to MCB switch with necessary fixtures etc complete as per direction of the E-in-C.

Supplying and making inter- connection of the pole towers by G.I. stripes of size 50X 3 mm and the same G.I.strip shall be connected to the pit earth from the pole taking down along the wall of the building by suitable nuts & bolts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper pipe with 10 mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod of size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to coper plate earthing by insulated 70 Sqmm multistrand copper wire (Havell amke) with proper lugging arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F homogeneous Antistatic sheet flooring and skirting of approved company like Krishna Vynil,Wonder Floor etc. in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S-758,Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent, including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. including repairing of damaged floor where ever necessary all complete as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge. (a) 2.00 mm thick sheet

Providing & fixing copper strip of size 20x 0.30 mm under Antistatic PVC sheet with adhesive over floor. All complete as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.
