Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size I.S.S. metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc., mixing laying consolidating curring etc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification as per TNDSS NO: 30 V,VI (S3) VII-3

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one cement, three Crushed Stone Sand and six aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing Laving and curing etc

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Threesand) 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard

Dadooing Supplying and laying in floor and wall with fully polished Sinthetic Grey colour Granite stone of 10mm thick (average) laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two Plastering sand) 20mm thick & pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification
