Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar type cable loop-in-loop out box fabricated out of 14SWG MS sheet of size 600mm x 600mm x 350 mm(depth), dust and vermin proof, IP 65 with 200 A TPN aluminium busbars, LED indicator set for phase indication suitable for termination of 3 nos. 3.5 x 185 sq.mm XLPE armoured cables of 1.1 kV grade, mounted on sutable size of angle iron frame supports of height 750 mm and grouting the same to ground with PCC 1:3:6 etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 pole Onload Changeover Switch with handle in existinging enclosure, 200 Amp, 415V AC, 50 Hz with complete protection open execution range , suitable for 185 sqmm . cable confirming to latest Indian Electrical Sandard.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs size for following size of XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of following dia GI pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on ground, surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing suface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supply of 160 mm dia (OD), minimum 7.7 mm thick PN-4, PE 63 HDPE pipes as per relavent IS and technical specification of the tender complete as required.

Laying of 160mm dia (OD) HDPE with HDD trenchless method direct in ground in all type soil including suitable size PP rope coupling of pipe, etc. Complete in all respect as per specification. (HDPE Pipe is not inclusive)

Supply & Fixing of full round RCC joint chamber with diameter of 85cm and height of 100cm and thickness of 7.5cm round top cover with diameter of 100cm and thickness of 5cm etc complete as required
