   Bulk order shall be placed only on vendors having valid RDSO approval for the subject item conforming to RDSO specification. Tenderers shall upload the RDSO approval letter along with their offer and must have satisfactory past performance, having supplied at least 20% of the tendered quantity against a single purchase order of Zonal Railways/PUs during the last three completed financial years, as per Para 2.6 of GCC.

   Material is to be procured from Vendors having RDSO Approval for the subject item conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC- 0197- 2020 (Rev-1). Tenderers are advised to upload the RDSO Approval letter along with offer conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC-0197- 2020 (Rev-1).

   Preference to Make in India Policy: Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at it's own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying/ eligibility criteria/conditions.

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
