MAINT/ REPAIR OF CHLORINE DOSING PLANT, LT PANELS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS PUMP HOUSES UNDER AGE E/M (WS) AT GE (U) MEERUT CANTT.

M&L for getting out clearly all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush, wood, undergrown roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish outside the periphery of the PH area under clearance including surface dressing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pruning of trees and cutting of newborn trees/bushes (any height) located inside pump house premises/on the roof of pump house complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chambers inside Pump Houses including removal of mud, dust, debris, stagnant water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of motor body of any size and capacity using synthetic enamel paint with one coat as directed by Engr-in-charge including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting iron surfaces of pipes, NRV & sluice valves connected to motor running toward OHT of size 4"/6"/8" dia from pump using synthetic enamel black paint with one coat including preparation of old surface before application of paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified & directed.

Testing of water sample , chemical, biological and physical including hardness, turbidity, E-coli, coliform all as directed by Engr-in-charge from a NABL accredited lab Note:- Contactor shall arrange for collection of sample as and when directed from pump houses / any other source & including provn of clean glass container properly sealed and send the same to the lab with - in 04 hrs of collection.

Excavation in trenches in soft/lose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 250 mm in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.
