REPAIR/MAINT TO VARIOUS SIZES OF GEYSERS, SOLAR WATER HEATERS AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE E/M AT GE JHANSI

Taking down carefully the electric storage type water heater of capacity up to 50 liters from its installed position by disconnecting all water and electric supply connections for necessary repairs, opening the geyser carefully, identifying and replacing the defective parts, reassembling and reinstalling in its existing location or new location and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only".

Attending daily complaints of Jhansi Mil area by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper of storage type water heater of capacity up to 50 liters from its installed position by disconnecting all water and electric supply connections for necessary repairs, opening the geyser carefully, identifying and replacing the defective parts, reassembling and reinstalling in its existing location or new location and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge. (ii) Items shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A' (iii) Electrician and helder report to E/M Yard on daily basis.

Supply only heating element 1500 Watts / 2000 Watts of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only apparatus plate of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only safety valve of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25L/ 50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicator lamp Red / Green of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flexible PVC connection pipe 450mm long suitable for Hot/Cold water application including taking down existing unserviceable PVC connection pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of modular MCB protected plug and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 25A rated mini MCB and 25A rated 3 pin plug, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board including taking down existing unserviceable plug & socket board of any description and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of switch piano flush type 16 Amps, one way, 240V, 50Hz including taking down existing unserviceable switch of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of socket 16A & 6A, 2-in-1 flush type universal 240V, 50Hz including taking down existing unserviceable socket of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 6 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush type universal including taking down existing unserviceable switch socket combination of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB 40A, 10 KA, SPN, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB 6 - 32A, 10 KA, single Pole, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB distribution board, SPN, 4 way in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of heating element as per existing make suitable for Solar Water Heater of capacity up to 200 Liters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostat as per existing make suitable for Solar Water Heater of capacity up to 200 Liters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement stainless steel inner tank with glass line insulation, vertical type, min 6 bar pressure, suitable for 25 ltr capacity including replacement of PUF insulation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement stainless steel inner tank with glass line insulation, vertical type, min 6 bar pressure, suitable for 35 ltr capacity including replacement of PUF insulation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement stainless steel inner tank with glass line insulation, vertical type, min 6 bar pressure, suitable for 50 ltr capacity including replacement of PUF insulation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of angle cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for pipe or for unions of size 15mm bore dia including taking down existing unserviceable angle cock of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CP Bib taps 15mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including taking down existing unserviceable bib tap of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor twin core, 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections including connecting on LT OH line / energy meter / DB etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect in replacement PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core round cable with 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694 including taking down existing unserviceable copper / aluminium cable of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 25mm concealed in wall/ floor etc including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Three runs of copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

2runs x 4 sqmm(Ph & N) + 1run x 4 sqmm(earth wire)

2runs x 6 sqmm(Ph & N) + 1run x 6 sqmm(earth wire)

Notes for item No. 27.00 to 30.00: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of cutting chases on wall/floor for concealed conduit wiring and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface. (iii) If any beam / column / Rock wall is encountered while cutting chases, that particular portion may be provided with PVC casing & capping or surface conduit for drawing cables and surface PVC gang box fully enclosed type for mounting switches, sockets & regulators etc to avoid any damage to the structure. (iv) No cutting shall be done on ceiling for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring. Surface conduit or PVC casing capping may be used in that portion.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric water heater, storage type steel/PVC body with copper/ inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric water heater, storage type glass line voating with copper/ inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric water heater, storage type steel/PVC body with copper/ glass line inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 35 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric water heater, storage type steel/PVC body with copper/ glass line inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.
