Supply , fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing of factory made (automatic and manual operation) power factor improvement panel of capacity 200 KVAR including interconnection with LT panel with and including 2 Run of 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core electric cable of suitable length as per site requirement for transformer Outdoor type panel factory made, weather proof , dust and vermin proof (IP 55) suitable for 440 V grade 3 phase 50 HZ AC supply floor mounted , fabricated made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet mounted on four Nos angle iron legs made out of 50 x 50 x 6mm, 60 cm long angle iron below frame with front door and Back opening having locking arrangement prewired with copper conductor PVC insulated flexible wire size not less than 1.5 sq mm / extension strips and connected with suitable size thimbles , lugs duly painted with siemens grey epoxy powder coating after suitable chemical treatment , legs duly embedded in ground in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of suitable size including locking arrangement suitable for mounting , with required sheet metal enclosures, thimbles complete all as specified and directed. Note for APFC Panels Item ser No 2 to 5:- 1. All items / components / accessories which are useful and necessary for efficient working of the APFC panel shall deemed to be included in the item irrespective of the fact whether such items are specifically mentioned in the in description given above or not. 2. The capacitors shall be housed in self-extinguishing insulating material operated on 3 phase 415 volts AC. The dielectric should be mixed dielectric type, with built in over pressure safety device. Minimum static life expectancy is more than 3,00,000 hours and 20,000 switching operations per year. 3. All accessories prewired with suitable size copper Wire with stand high temperature, housed in cubical panel made out of 3.15 MM thick CRCA sheet factory made duly powder coated front and rear door openable with locking arrangement complete with foundation as required or recommended by manufacturer.
