Carriage of 8.5 Mtrs. long PCC pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.)

Carriage of 9/11 Mtrs. long ST pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.)

Carriage of Line material i.e. conductor, G.I. wire TPMO stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, Angle channel and other required material from Store Center at 132 KV substation Mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends.

Carriage of 100 KVA T/F from Store Center at 132 KV substation Mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends.

Carriage of 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x185 sq.mm. Cable form Store Center Mathura/Agra including cost of shifting of drum from inside of store, removing of cable from drum and re-rolling of extra removed cable including loading & unloading at both ends.

Replacement of 8.5 Mtrs. Long damaged PCC pole by opening of all existing accessories and conductor from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories and conductor on the new pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. (including carriage of damaged pole to other place) required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling/Removal of existing Single Pole structure on 9/11 Mtrs. long ST pole by opening all relevant accessories.

Erection of single pole structure on 8.5 Mtrs long PCC Pole including fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms.

Erection of Double pole structure on 8.5 Mtrs. long PCC pole by digging of pits. Opening and fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms.

Earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour T&P and required material for such work.

Installation of stay set with grouting and Nuzzling etc. as per RESPO drawing /norms along with all routine material to be used for such works.

Laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. of new & old ACSR Weasel conductor in 11 KV/ LT lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work

Laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. of new & old ACSR Dog conductor in 11 KV/33KV lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work

Laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. of new & old Arial Bunch Conductor 3x50 sq mm. in LT lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x185 sq.mm. on single pole structure for proper completion of work as per direction of supervising engineer.

Construction of T pole/ Section pole for 11KV/LT Line on the erected/new pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labor, T&P & Grouting etc. required for proper completion of work.

Guarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. as per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost o f labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion.

Chopping of Tree branches to Clear the line route to give 02 meter horizontal and vertical clearance to the line including cost of labour T&P etc.

Installation of Distribution Box with N&B as per direction of supervising engineer.

Cutting of CC Road for making depth foundation for erection of pole.

Mounting of 100 KVA Transformer on the Double pole structures and connections thereof.

Re-sagging of loose 11 KV./L.T. line as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of 11 KV Cable Indoor/Outdoor Jointing Kit of size 3x185 sq.mm Outdoor including removal of insulation, semi-conductor of the cable end and filling of cable box complete work as per direction of supervising engineer.

Grouting of PCC/ST pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms, including cost of all grouting material.

Dismantle of old/damaged ACSR weasel conductor from the existing line and its bundling and stacking in roll and send to J.E. Store/ Mathura Store.

Providing Bamboo sticks suitable for 4 wire on the lade conductors it include the cost of bamboo sticks, binding wire labourer, T & P carrier etc. required for completion of work.

Carriage of Dismentalled ST Pole from site to another dump place with loading & unloading at both ends

Removal/Dismantling of consumer’s cable service connection from existing line feeding consumer supply.

Re-installation of consumer’s cable service connection from existing line feeding consumer supply.
