Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on surfaces other than fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on surfaces fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of new surface of wall over and incl a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for two coat of oil bound distemper incl preparation of new surface of wall over and incl a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1 mm thick averaging Wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level.

M & L Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M L for Moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed incl watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/foot path finishing cement concrete even and fair incl filling of expansion joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 of type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or colour cement including 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm/450 x 350x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or colour cement including 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing non- skid glazed ceramic tiles coloured7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n xc 0.11 sqm, in floor etc set and joited with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing non- skid glazed ceramic tiles coloured7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n xc 0.18 sqm, in floor etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM mortar 1:4 set and joited with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement inclu to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing non- skid glazed joint free ceramic tiles coloured7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n xc 0.18 sqm, in dado/skirting etc including 15 mm thick plaster in CM mortar 1:4 set and joited with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement inclu to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified light shade colored ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified light shade colored ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and incl 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in panel finished even and smooth with using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 22mm wide in flooring complete all as specified and direcetd.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and base of drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L formachine cut mirror polish kota stone slab flooring18-20mm thich over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigmen to match the shad of the slab including round nosing at corners rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut mirror polish kota stone slab 18-20mm thich in riser of step,skirting,dado and pillers over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with modular fly ash bricks burnt straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 1600.00
