Supply & fixing of Compressor including removing existing damaged one from its base. Along with that all the necessasry modification works including pipe line with providing of brazing/welding with leak testing etc. as required for the items as follows.

Installation, testing, vacuumising, pressure testing, gas charging & commissioning of the above all the AC units

Supply and replace the following items as as required

Running Capacitor 50 MFD (P-2 Type)

4 MFD capacitor (P-2 Type)

Re winding of 1/8 HP Condenser fan motor including replacing ball, bearing, re-bushing/machining all allied all the necessary works for the same

Re winding of 2 HP blower motor including replacing ball, bearing, re-bushing/machining all allied all the necessary works for the same

Re winding of 3 HP blower motor including replacing ball, bearing, re-bushing/machining all allied all the necessary works for the same

Overhauling/repairing of 30 TR semi sealed compressor including, shaft grinding/polishing, re-metaling bearings, replacing compressor oil, gasket set etc. as reqd.

Compressor spares for 3 Nos. comp. i.e. piston, connecting rod, piston pin, valve plate, reeds, piston rings, nut-bolts etc.

Supply delivery and charging R-22 gas

Supply and fixing after removing of Condenser fan with motor complete set from its base. Dismantling of damaged fan blade and replacing the new 30" dia blade with frame after repair necessary cond. Fan base including providing nut-bolt, washer etc. as reqd. of 90 TR A C Plant.

Thorough overhauling of existing AHU including cleaning of cooling coil, runner & housing by chemical solution and others necessary items. Overhauling, repairing of blower motor and runner including oiling, greasing and replacing damaged bearing, motor cover, re-bushing /machine and all the necessary allied works as required. Repairing of motor base, channel by welding , fixing by nut bolt, washers and allied necessary items as required including leak proof the AHU unit with the help of gasket. The job should be included with repair and refixing of all necessary damaged structural works with locking arrangements

Overhauling/repairing of 7.5 TR chiller pump including, motor rewinding ,grinding/polishing/re-metaling of shaft ,changing bearings of as per sample, replacing mechanicle seal, gasket set etc. as reqd.
