M&L for Pre-polished glazed designer ENDURA tiles, coloured 30cm x 30cm x 8-10mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota slab flooring 20mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota slab skirting 16 to 18mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmX25cm X22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed or beding layer in CM (1:4) in laying fioor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite black or any other colour 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform including moulding, rounding, chamfering and making hole for gas pipe and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying one coat primer & two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and preparation of new plastred surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/ 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Plaster will be executed upto 16 mtr height.

M&L For 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 in at Roof Top Surfaces for smoothening surface of laying APP Membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed work, 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC type C-2,1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in plinth protection, sub base etc laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting side for repairing, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc and hoisting after cleaning all as specified and directed etc from tanks of circulating pipe etc of capacity upto and including 500 ltrs and endorsed the ward "CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replacement of broken/unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with the following specification - Removing existing water proofing treatment and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished.NOTE :- MOU to be submitted by the contractor beore starting of work with the authorised applicator by the OEM of APP membrane duly recommended by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs ,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable in and including rigid PVC conduit concealed and sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes painted duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer with replacement of suitable thickness3mm plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire(green colour) to common earth dolly complete all as per specified and directed.
