Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqmtr but n-exc 2 Sqmtr each and refixing in the same opening after easing & adjusting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n-exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 2nd class hardwood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

S& F 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hardwood open rebated and prepaired to receive glass gauge etc, (with sash bars) edgeg of framing plain chamfored or rounded fitted with cut and mittered beads for securing glass etc. size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I section 8 clause 8.20(b) all as specified and directed

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door sutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, & bottom rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined to gether with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F solid pvc door frame of size 50X47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour pvc sheet reinforced with ms square tube supply and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing

Taking down aluminium doors of any description and any size and refixing in the same opening after making necessary repairs to the small parts like beading, alignment of door closer, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated, Aluminium body (die cast body) designation No. 2 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 35 to 60 kg and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed in repairs.

S & F of aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed of 150mm long all as specified and directed.

S & F 150mm long aluminium handles cast type anodized, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of MS anodised sliding door bolt 250mm long with haps staple bolt type and fixing clips of sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane with certain specification given below as under complete all as specified and directed (a) cleaning and brooming the surface of roof. (b) M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, laying over green concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement (WPC measured separately). (c) After the concrete fully dried it shall be cleaned free from dust and shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm (d) After primer, the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (e) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film with standard weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as of manufacture's technical representation with fusing the joints with blow torch application. (f) Applying a tack coat of hot blown grade 85/25 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm (g) Apply one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.2 Kg/Sqm

Supply only Liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exe 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick joint free Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls and ceiling, chajjas etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with wate proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPA shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of vitreous china squatting pan ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including replacement of ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap lime concrete bedding and making good floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white size 550x400 mm including brackets, CP waste coupling &PVC waste pipe of 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC connection with CP brass nuts 375 mm long complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs health faucet, chromium plated with 1.25 mtrs pipe of approved make and quality complete all as sepecified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in frame work for false ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI snap grid frame work (grid size 605cm x 605cm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner "T" of size 24mm x 32mm & 0.3mm thick, secondary runner "T" of size 24mm x 25mm & 0.3mm thick, GI angle 24mm x 24mm & 0.4mm thick, bottom exposed caping of width 24mm of all "T" sec shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zinc coating not less than 120g per Sqm, ceiling grid system duly suspended by 2mm GI wire hanging from existing purlin/roof slab @ approx 900mm c/c with butterfly clips including 10mm gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm complete all as specified and directed.
