dismentelling of old surface by mannualy or by mechanically

providing and laying Sub base spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing ,rolling eith three wheel 80-100 kn static roller in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fillup the interstices of course aggregate. ballast making medhis to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30 m carriage of water upto 200 meter maintanance of barriers and all labours t&p incl. road roller charges etc. required for propr complition of work the stone ballast is to be supplied by the contractor free of cost at site.

Brick work M 150 in 1:3 cement & coarse sand (fine sand not less then 1.25 FM) as per morth rate 1300

12 mm thick plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. As per S.i. no. 584 (1:3 with cement and sand mortar)

providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including supply of materials complete all as per S.I. No.281

Cement Concrete Pavement ( C.C. ROAD) construction of un- reinforcement plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , M-30 grade (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 24 mm mixed in a concete mixer not of not lessthen .2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mixed design , laid in approved fixed side fromwork , spreading the concrete with shovels , rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion joints applying debording strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days , curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
