Repairs to door shutters of out door/Indoor LT switch board panel,MCCB,s covers,Bus bar chamber covers etc fabricated with MS sheet 3.15mm thick complete including cutting to required size and shape fixing in position by bending, welding all as required for proper functioning of LT panel shutters including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Painting of Bus bar chamber/ LT panel of any size outdoor pedestal type, factory made, powder coated complete including angle iron frame in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bus bar chamber of size 750 x 600 x 500 mm outdoor pedestal type, factory made, powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof complete with openable shutter in front and rear having proper locking arrangement, duly powder coated with 200 Amp 430 V 4 pole MCCB as incommer control and including 400 Amps, 4 pole Aluminium bus bar mounted on insulator, suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply including control wiring to panel with suitable size of PVC insulated and sheathed copper cable, duly mounted on angle iron frame 50x50x6 mm including necessary PCC foundation work in all respect with phase indicator lamps (R, Y. B) – 01 Set. all as specified.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of LT switch gear control panel board 440 volt AC 3 phase 4 wire for Indoor type installation "KIOSK TYPE" fabricated out of steel sections i.e CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , angle / channel and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front, and back door in two halves fitted with handle and bolts for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges, heavy duty and with door stoppers. The door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 54 standard, with phosphatised powder coating painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion: The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of channel section having ground clearance 60cms from grouting bolts, complete duly incorporated with following accessories: - (a) Bus bar chamber with electrolytic grade aluminum strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators 4 strip of suitable length for current rating 400 amps

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with tope edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead iron wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, GI light grade protection pipe 15mm dia, GI medium grade water pipe 20mm dia with funnel all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR-1991 pt-I and testing complete including earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:2:4 as in earthing pit CI pit cover 5.5mm thick common salt charcoal all as specified.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any strata removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
