Dismantiling of the exsisting old damaged lifts completely from the lift well & mchine room (G+5 storied UCM building- 2 nos, G+5 storied Ronald Ross Building-1 no, G+2 storied Cardiology Building-2nos, G+2 storied Gynac & Maternity Building-1 no, G+4 storied main building-2 nos, G+5 storied PGT hostel-1 no and G+3 Storied emmergency Building-1) with the help of suitable tools and tackles and skilled personnel inpresence of licensed supervisior. Necessary arrangements for safety precautuion shall be made ready to avoid any incidents/accident to main/machineries.After dismantiling of doors of each floor the door opening shall be properly sealed to avoid any falling incidents.Proper tagging in each floor shall be provided for Public awarnes for progress and ststus of dismantiling worksas per direction of the EIC & modification in the existing front wall, machine room and during the execution of work, all the civil work i.e., minor civil work, cutting of pockets in RCC floor / wall, pedestal no) & PGT Hostel (1 no) buildings are too old and are with manual collapsible doors and with various worn out components and partly damaged car.

Less:Buy-back the old dismantilaed lift accessories including motor,gear,controll panel,bosy,rail etc as per direction EIC

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
