SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OH LINE TO UNDERGROUND (UG) CABLE WITH ELECT PANEL IN SARVATRA COMPLEX UNIT AREA AT OLD AMRTISAR CANTT

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 metre wide and n exc 1.5 metre in depth , for foundation ,etc. or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out on soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soils) to a distance n. exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5.m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading of dry river bed sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured & paid)

Supply, laying in replacement of PCC covers, class LV type-1, flat size 250x150x40 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe 65 mm dia bore for cable cover as required with all accessores complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying and testing in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wallds/ poles etc. LT under ground cable 1100 Volts, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium of following size complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 10 sqmm 4 core

(b ) 25 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 50 Sqmm 31/2 core

(d) 70 Sqmm 31/2 core

(f) 95 Sqmm 31/2 core

(g)120 Sqmm 31/2 core

Note for item Nos 7 to 13 :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and Labour for demolition and making good to damaged surface of road by using necessary stone, PCC, tarcoal etc. as per existing road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replcement bus bar enclosure 800 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly powder coated with provn of MCCB 200 Amp, 25 kA , 4 pole, thermal magnetic type based fitted in bus bar enclosure by using 200 Amp rated aluminium bus bar and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type by using suitable size of copper wire and bus enclosure shall be welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; Complete all as specified and directed. Note - Height of the enclouser from ground level shall not be less than 0.5 metre.

Supply and Fixing in replcement bus bar enclosure 800 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly powder coated with provn of MCCB 100 Amp, 25 kA ,4 pole, thermal magnetic type based fitted in bus bar enclosure by using 200 Amp rated aluminium bus bar and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type by using suitable size of copper wire & bus bar enclosure shall be welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; Complete all as specified and directed. Note - Height of the enclouser from ground level shall not be less than 0.5 metre .

Material and labour in replcement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Each pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm , by means of bolts, nuts, and check nuts and washers etc encased in GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip both to be provided to the extet of 7.5 meters, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR - 2004 Part - I, GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors / plinths or mixed on walls / pole etc or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with GI 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and MS funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note:- i) Cost of GI strip 32 x 6 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia is deemmed to be included in rate quoted ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of Soil shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate.

Dismantling of OH conductor of any size / type in location complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of any size / type in any location complete all as specified and directed'

Dismantling insulators of any size / type in any location complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installing, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel board factory made outdoor cubical type vermin /dust proof duly powder coated with suitable protection as per latest IS made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & 2 mm thick inner sheet including provn of angle iron frame of size 50x50x5 mm at bottom with 90 cm long legs. The panel shall be open able from both side front & back with locking arrangement duly powder coated internally and externally. The internal wiring of electrical panel shall be done with suitable size copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The panel should be of suitable size to accommodate and including the following accessories as mentioned below :-

(i) Aluminium bus bar 500 amps cap 3 phase 4 wire system – 01 set (II) MCCB 320 Amp 415 Volts 4 pole with thermal magnetic setting rupturing cap 36 KA -01 (Incoming) (III) MCCB 200 Amps 415V 04 pole with thermal magnetic setting breaking cap 25KA - 06 Nos (For Out Going) (IV) MCCB 100 Amps 415V 04 pole with thermal magnetic setting breaking cap 25KA - 03 Nos (For Out Going) (V) Volt Meter (digital Type (0 -500 Volts)-01 No (VI) Ammeter (digital type) with CTs 0-300Amps)-01 No (VII) Phase indication lamps LED type (RYB) with holder-01 Set(Set of Three)

Supply and Fixing in repairs of thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box with polycarbonate glands of size 300mm X 200mm X 105mm 9 hinged door type with heavy duty connector/ terminal block 100 amps 4 way, shock proof safe IP-55, weather proof, Tamper proof, rust, dust and water proof, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through gland alongwith MS clamps and mounting brackets as required at site, with & including MCB SP 1 Amps 10 KA, Aluminium thimbles required for cable connections to junction box complete with clamp system (screw less) ; complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacment 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable size 6 Sqmm 2 core stranded conductor PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed wire one twin core cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type lumen not less than 110 lumen/Watt with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver,LED with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multipel optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.
