Retro reflective sign board made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, fully covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting confirming to ASMT-49601 of blue colour & letter and symbols of white colour shall be made with same high intensity grade retro-reflective aluminium subshades on both sides of size 600 mm round shape or 600 mm equal triangular shape including frame work with MS hollow tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm of required size and shape including painting of MS section including following items;- (i) Excavation in post holes n.exc. 0.50 cum including RFR and removed in soft/loose soil (ii) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation filling for grouting the pipe (iii) PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth of size 0.45 m x 0.45 m x 0.30 m including three coats of white wash (iv) MS pipe 40 mm dia medium grade including welding of 40 mm x 5 mm flat iron of 300 mm long one number of fastener/hold fast at bottom of pipe including necessary arrangement for fixing of retro-reflective sign board, total length of pipe 1.80 m above GL and 0.60 m below GL including one coat of red oxide primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concreate block masonery with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortor complete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for fixing GI pipe for air termination rods complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing for machinery, equipments transformer body, transformer neutral, LT feeder pillar box complete with ga1vanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pie not 1ess than 2. 25 mtr below normal GL with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below the ground level connected by GI strip of size 32x6 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate, nut ,bolts and washers complete with watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate, coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate pit cover 50mm thick re-inforced with 8mm tor MS bar at 80mm c/c both way including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil comlpete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I, and as specified including earth plate packed all sides with charcoal dust, common salt and testing complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh etc as directed.
