Cutting / chipping the existing RCC with deck sheet blowing and micro concrete using patchroc over nito bond and over the joint providing suitable chemical such as fosroc make nitoseal PU sealant of 20mmx20mm, etc., or any other suitable material which is not required curing as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, cost of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding, T&Ps, personal protective equipments, other safety appliences, safety barricades, sign boards, etc., complete.

Cutting / Chipping the loose concrete and existing damaged / unfinished RCC wall portions till the healthy concrete found where the fly ash leak is more and making good after attending rectifications and packing the chipped portion using suitable chemical such as bonding agent nito bond SBR patch area apply the fosroc make patchroc compound, etc., or any other suitable material which is not required curing as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, cost of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding, T&Ps, personal protective equipments, other safety appliances, etc., complete.

Dismantling the brick masonry in the Silo weigh bridge protection wall and clearing of debris to a faraway place including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&Ps, finishing the dismantled surface neat with brick masonry /Cement mortar, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal for providing Silo weigh bridge protection wall as directed by the Engineer at site, including shuttering charges, cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift,etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Glass door, single leaf swing type with approved door closure and 5.50mm thick Plain glass with standard accessories but not limited to Handles , locking arrangement, rubber beading, Aluminium cleat etc. complete as detailed below including cost of all materials, labour Charges, T&Ps, leads and lifts etc. complete. i) Shutter Verticals : Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 47.5x 44.5mm of 2.45mm thick - 2Nos ii) Shutter horizontals: Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 100x45mm of 2.45mm thick - 3Nos iii) Shutter: Bottom shutters MDF board, 12mm thick top shutter with 5.50mm thick Piain glass.

Dismantling the existing Aluminium glazed window and refixing the aluminium beadings , rubber beadings with new ones to the glazed window frame including charges for dismantling the window shutter replacing the damaged rubber beedings,aluminium beadings ,cost of all materials,T&Ps,labour charges,leads,lifts etc.complete.
