SUMMER APPLIANCES

S & F water cooler electric driven (Single phase) having approx storage capacity of 80 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed including inboilt UV/RO assy.

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA comlete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH AND HARDSTANDING

M & L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing unpainted surfaces and applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temp with gas and laying standard thickness of approximate 2 mm, by using thermo plastic materials @ 6.50 kg/Sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S & F water header of size 450 mm dia 3.50 meter long and 10 mm thickness made of MS pipe with one incoming of 150 mm dia. And four outgoing watermain og 100 mm dia welding of 12" long MS nipple (6 nos) with header and fixing flange (6 nos) with header and fixing flange (5 nos) of 150 mm dia at other end of nipple for making connection inlet and outlet pipes of header including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (a) 01 Lot of water pressure gauges at inlet and outlet of header. Water drain and air purage valve required. (b) Rate also include for MS fittings, welding works complete.

M&L for construction of masonry valve pit of size 90x90x90cm internal dimensions including mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick over angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, locking & fixing arrangement and brick work and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered cement mortar (1:4) and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-O as in coping etc. for sluice valve complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and Installation commissioning & testing 11 KV Compact Sub Station with and including consisting of 1 No, manually operated 11 KV/630 Amps VCB in SF6 insulated stainless enclosure, HT Cable/Bus bar ,1 No transformer 100 KVA,11KV/433 & associated LT Distribution system , APFC panel & suitable capacity Battery bank, self powered complete all as described & specified below:- HT SWITCHGEAR 11 kV 630Amps 21 kA for 3 sec. OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE outdoor type enclosure having construction or galvanisd sheet steel of thickness 2 mm for laod bearing member and 1.5 mm for non load bearing member. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for transformer compartment. the enclosure exterior shall be Polyutratne painted (colour Light Gray & D.A gray) . Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangment. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection and earthing interconnection between HT switchgear & Primary side of transformer using ICX3X95 SQMM 11 Kv grade aluminium unarmourured XLPE cable & interconnection between secondary side of transformer & LT switchgear usign aluminium busbar. Internal earthing usign aluminium Bus bar. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI strips complete as per IS Code-01 job Note :- (a) Package sub stn is outdoor plinth mounted type. Erection, commissioning and civil work for package substation shall be as per OEM spe4cirfications and cost shall be de4emed to be icnluded in the rate3 quoted above. ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintenance free battery, including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings .accessories and necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engr in charge.. Suppply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type RMU xtensible type, floor moutnd consiting of 2 LBS + 2VCB with internal opper bus bar, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp, 350MVA fixed manual laod break switch & fixed type manual vaccum circuit breaker, all live part, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed in one tank to avoid nuktiple interconnections & sealed for life as per standard design ofOEM non magnetic and non fertile grade stainless steel tank Grade 304/441 of minimum 2.5+ 0.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protectin filled with SF6 gas as isulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year testd as per IEC 62271-200.

the unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have stie/ factory replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during break down RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIs, cable supports, all fron tcable terminations VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for laod break switch ON/OFF, manometer as per with IEC standars 622271-200 , 60056 60129, 60265,60298,60420,60529 and 60694 Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible bushings, if applicabel shall be bolted type top/side mounted out the tank for connection of eal bus bar. also , the outer enclsorue shall cover the full length of the switcgear, to ensure IPX+IP54 protection for cable boxes.

S & F LED street light 72 Watt fitting ingress protection IP 66 conforming to IS 16107 with with luminarie system efficiency 10Olm/watt with adjustable mounting brackets.

Supply and fix LED 80 W flood light fitting on pole /wall with lense, high luminous rectangular LED flood light with innovative thermal management and available with multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection better distribution applicable for area lighting including suitable mounting brackets nuts and bolts and electrical connection complete all as directed.

M&L for cable Route indicator duly marked with words HT cable 11 KV and mounted an angle iron 25x25x3mm, 60cm long into and including block of size 150x150x150mm in ;PCC 1:2:4 type using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in ground to the required depth including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chemical earthing with one No of copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.40 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 100 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exothermic weld complete with earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location. (Note :- (i) The quantity of Backfill compound and depth of earth pit can be increased by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The Contractor shall ensure that earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms on completion and testing. The testing of each earthing shall be carried out in presence of Engr-in-charge and test results shall be submitted duly signed by all concerned while claiming payments.) (ii) Earth strip with protection pipe 50mm Gl light grade upto 7.5 meter is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and fixing of PVC Junction terminal box of size (300 x 200 x 100) mm including fixing with suitable size of MS Clamps with nuts, bolts and washers with aluminum paint overcoat of reoxide to MS clamps including 04 nos aluminum bus bar of 20 x3 mm size with one no. MCB SP 06 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge.

LIGHTING PROTECTION

M & L copper round block size 25 mm dia x 50 mm long having out side thread at one end tobe fixe on the top of GI socket and inner thread 12 mm for air termination suitable arrangment for fixing of copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge.

Supply and fixing copper static discharge plate connected to common earth complete all as specified 30 cm x 30 cm including human body static discharge devic and voltage check meter connected to common earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge.

EOT CRANE

Design, manuffacture,supply and commisioning and testing EOT crane 3 TON capacity flame proof with specification as per IS 3177, 807 & 2148, electrically operated through pendant push button station floor operated type having hoisted height of 3 Mtrs approx, double girder box type complete with and including main frame, bridge girders/box girders, end carriage, hoist, crab, buffers, gears boxes, shafts, rope drum, rope sheaves, wire rope, wheels, lifting hook, brakes, motors, limit switches, control pandant push button station, micro speed arrangments, wiring etc. with manual loading and unloading facility in caseof power failure with 3 Ton chain pulley block ISI marked all as specified below:- (a) Capacity 3 Tons (3000Kgs). (b) Overload capacty 25%. (c ) Span 18 Mtrs approx. (d) Lift 2.5 Mtrs approx. (e) Long travel 18 Mtrs approx. for each crane (Extendible upto 36 meters in case one lift is off.

(f) Hoisting speed with creep 3 Mtrs/Min (VVVF Drive in all motions). (g) CT speed 10 Mtrs/Min and micro speed 1.0 mtr/min with VVVF Drive . (h) LT speed 15 mtrs/min and micro speed 1.5 mtr/min with VVVF drive. (i) operation pendent push button from floor. (j) Main girderBox Type. (k) Wheels of MS steel with bronze coating on tread. (l) Brakes Electromagnetic/Disc Brake. (m) All the motors, limit sitches, brakes and panels junction box will be flame proof. (o) Hooks:- heavy duty steel forged capable to swierel load as per IS 3815- 1969, IS 8610 - 1977, IS- 25560 - 2005. (r) Limit Switch:- Rotary type limit switch for hoisting and lower hoisting and two way lever type limit switch for cross and long travel.

(s) Safety Devices:- Self resetting type limit switch. Steel stopers, Neoprine rubber buffers. HRC fuse/MCB for all motion and transforers. (t) Step down transformer for low control overload relay, SPP emergency off (main On/Off) inter locked control. (u) Paint:- Golden yellow for crane, Drivers and Gray for electrical Eqpts. Note:- Rate is inclussive for (i) Providing electric flame proof cabelling from SMB to crane electric switch board. (ii) Arranging required load for testing of crane as per BIS-14470 of 1977. (iii) All major components and accessories of crane, such as electric motor, control panel, Limit switch, Cabelling etc shall be flame proof and CMRI approved. (iv) ISMB of suitable size & square bar is part of bldg portion not included in this items.
