Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, walls and parapet walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or corvered on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (but except bricks) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 35mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings set in cement mortar (1:4), including all necessary form work and reinforcement including taking down old jallies complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, flats and MS round bars but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors, gates, guard bar etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post hole, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe290 -W (Gde-E- 165) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing 3.2 mm dia galvanised steel wire and of mesh size 75mmx75mm including line wires, binding and fixed to steel fencing post nuts and bolts, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised 2strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

Material and labour coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300cm x 300cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete (white) interlocking paver block M-35 grade, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment over and including 25mm thick sand filling / cushioning (consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair mild steel 1.25mm plain black sheet in wall cladding steel gates and waliagtore for repair bays similar works cut to size holes punched inculding round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel work in flat bands straps etc for hold fasts wind ties etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing cover slab open drainge from of internal dimenions not exc. 2.0 mtr width and depth n.exc.1.5 mtr, taking out entire sludge/sludge water incl foreign materials/ mud/soil /grass etc from drainage & both sides of drainage / with water, removing the sludge with water or dry sludge all as per side requirment to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the entire sludge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc. (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.
