Taking down old and unserviceable alumunium point wiring in batten/ conduit and make good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old and unserviceable submain wiring any size of two core including earth wire complete including batten/ conduit and make good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old and unserviceable, distribution board any type including/ sheet metal enclosures, after removing all connection and make good the disturbed surface all as directed by Engr-in-chanrge

M&L for Point wiring using FRLSLH PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit of min 20 mm dia by Cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc fo concealed conduit wiring with modular flush box metal of GI sheet minimum 1.8 mm thick with earth terminal for safety, flush metal GI box of required modules as per site requirement and modular cover plate with support frame white in colour of required modules, 3mm thick including all fittings i.e. tees, bands and junction boxes, screws etc. complete for one light/fan/bulb point controlled by one switch 6 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing) Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate complete. Note:- (a) wiring shall be done by using colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour.

All as item No 4 above One 3 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 4 above but One 3 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No 4 above but One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size.

As per item No 4 above but One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, fabio series 6 Amps 3 pin unversal socket with child safety shutter, Shrouded terminals compatible with all standard mobile chargers, ISI marked for the same board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module modular Switch fabio classic white series/ Switch fabio classic white with indicator, ISI marked switch complete all as specified and directed.
