Taking down steel rolling shutters area exc 10 sqm but not exc 25 sqm each including all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 8 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr & not exc 3mtr

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching. The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65mm. The same shall be furnished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning concrete surface on top of roof providing 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and including applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 KG/Sqm over and including 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska including 25mm thick mud plaster on flat roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished fair & even including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2m x 1m and joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3). Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive for same.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc in bldg and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Square metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick 38mm wide inserted in position conforming to design complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for scratch proof ceramic coloured time 10mm thick, 600mm x 600mm area of each tile as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory casted 100mm thick precast concrete interlocking paving blocks M-50 having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and with pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 25mm thick layer of local tibba sand cushining over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for srl Item No 91 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade top of pipe with funnel & wiremesh, and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick RCC cover, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI wire upto DBs or upto earth test point is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for RCC cover shall be 1 KG.

Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for earth pit cover shall be 1 kg .

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 50 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F copper suction pipe line of suitable size and gauge as per manufacturers recommendation complete with cutting, brazing and insulation work including fittings required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
