Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. ( For Transformer Foundation Nosing, Cable duct frame etc)

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade.

8mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge) Granite stone of any colour and shade.

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm.

Supplying and laying of medium class CPVC pipe of 25 mm dia. (nominal) for cable protection complete as reqd in existing trench complete as rfeqd.

Supplying and delivery of PVC insulated and sheathed armoured 2 core 1.5 sq.mm cu armoured conductor 1.1 KV grade cable as reqd.(BSNL approved make).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland for PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 2 core 1.5 sq.mm as reqd.

S/F of SMC type loop in and loop out box / control box of suitable size i/c pdg connectors / cable terminals, earthing stud, connection complete as reqd.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective cover, Upto 35 sq. mm

S/F of Photo sensor with 2 pole contactor AC3 rating, 9A capacity, 230 V, for controlling compound lights, with necessary wirings for interconnection and in necessary PVC box complete as reqd. ( To be approved by EIC)

Supplying and fixing four pole plastic MCB enclosure on surface/ recess along with 4 Nos 6-32amps 230 volts "B" curve SP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Pdg & fixing of bollard type outdoor luminaires 9-10 watt LED fixture with diffuser and driver, i/c making Foundation, as reqd. Model BCP400 LED09 D CW PSU GR S1 of philips; BGBOM 650 9W LED OF Bajaj,LBLSN-10-CDL OF CG OF CG or SS [ For footpath]

Pdg & fixing of uniflood light 35 watts with driver inside a PDC housing, highly efficient, reliable and sturdy, i/c making necessary Bracket/clamps for focusing on the sign Board, complete as reqd. Model BJFL 50W LED I of Bajaj of Bajajor SS [ For sign board display)

Pdg & fixing of Post top lantern 45 watt, 230V, 50 HZ, made of aluminium die cast housing, Acrylate cover and semi-matt high-reflective optic, with driver, connection complete as reqd. [For fixing at the entrance and exit gate, Model No. BGCP 45W LED WW of Bajaj or SS]
