A-1-MAIN PUMPING STATIONS Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of MPS and following components including O&M for 5 years after one year defect liability period and 3 month trial run period:- i) Panel room of 30 sqm. covered area and PLC room including toilet block of 20 Sq mtr. covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, Powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame, 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobin/Modi Float, The toilet block shell be with one half staff urinal & One European W/C, one wash hand basin as per approved drawings

ii) RCC Inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.00 landscaping of the campus providing and installing of 5 no. of i.e. 1 no. 6500 LPM (396 Cum per hour), 2 no. 2200 LPM (132 Cum per hour) & 2 no. 1100 LPM (66 Cum per hour) with 15 mtr. head each suitable LT panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable form LT panel to pump sets complete in all respect.

iii) K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS Including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, Sluice valve, non return valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect.

iv) 3 nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design.

v) Supply installation of 2 nos. mechanical course screens of minimum length 6 mtrs. for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 1. The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. 2. All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. 3. All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC & SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS & STP site through broadband internet facility. 4. The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural /Hydraulic /Mechanical /Electric design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work including O&M of 5 Years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

A-2 SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device, Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System(Online analyzer), Piping & Instrumentation works. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP & MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M of 5 Years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect.

ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

iii) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect of the NIT, including packing dry sludge in 20Kg Bag and supplying the same Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as posited as clauge 4.4.5 of NIT including operation and maintenance of 5 Years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

v) Providing and installation of 2 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (1 working and 1 standby) with head 15 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. Including supply, installation, Testing, commissioning, operation and comprehensive Annual maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3.00 MLD STP at village Sarkas for Online (continuous) measuring of pH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemist Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (special measurement in UV-VIS range 200- 720 mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, singal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display the data of continuous basis for up linking the data of CPCB, HSPCB & PHED, TUV Board approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender.

A) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting upto 18 intelligent seniors Scope including 8 analog inputs/ Outputs (4inputs & 4 outputs) (o/4-20 Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement plant of 3.00 MLD STP at village Sakras with integrated with automatic cleaning.

b) Robust digital pH/ ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier & temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum)

c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system cable length 100 Meter (minimum)

d) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED Servers during 1 year of O&M after commissioning after 3 months trial period (including 1 year of defect liability period)

e) Providing GSM 3G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges for 10 year of O&M after commissioning after 3 months trial run (including 1 year defect liability period)

A-3-CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras 4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. i) At STP & MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5MP WDR, Night vision colour mode 2.4.2 12mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation & Maintenance of 10 Years. including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

A-4-Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, window and fitting with toilet block including sanitary fittings etc. as per drawing attached in DNIT at MPS & STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glaze tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat frame, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame, 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobin/Modi Float, covered area 600 sqm. O&M of 5 Years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

A-5-Supplying & installation of 250 KVA silent DG set comprising of Water Cooled Diesel Engine Model 3R1040T G1 (CPCB Norms Compliance) developing 42 BHP @1500 RPM & 250.00 KVA alternator rated as 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 p.f @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS Fuel Tank, standard Manual, Control Panel, Residential Exhaust Silencer, AVM Pads fitted on base frame, 1 No. 12 volts Battery (Koel Green) Battery Leads, 1st fill of Lube of all used in Sound Proof Acoustic Enclosure. Engine speed Governor (Mechanical) Class- A Governing as per BS 5514 Flywheel Air cleaner with filter Turbo charger & afer cooler Radiator & Fan Assembly Torsion Vibration Damper 24 Volts electrical starting arrangement consisting of dynamo & self starter Battery charging alternate 24 V. A-6- Design, Supply & erection of 1 No. transformers of 300 KVA capacity or near capacity on greater side of standard make outdoor type with servo stabilizer, VCB Panel, G.O. Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, APFC Panels along with for each Transformer, 11 KV Sub station, entire cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T. Panel, Earthing, safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including O&M for 5 years.
