Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights complete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including cost all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. as directed by engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc.: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Construction of Coursed laterite stone masonry in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with approved quality machine cut Laterite stone of size 300X200x150 mm as required or as directed including cost of curing and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants, Scaffolding charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of Cast Iron grill of approved design and quality including fabricating/Casting all as per enclosed approved drawing/ design, all section of grill welded by cast iron welding rod wherever necessary as per site requirement and as directed and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding, transportation, ladder and all other charges involved etc complete. For a span of 3.00 m c/c and height 900 mm the grill should weight 52 Kg/Sqm.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) with Silicone additives of required shade for New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing broken glass pieces over coping of compound wall in cement concrete for security purpose including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Fabrication and supply of G.I. wicket gate of size 1.20m X 1.80m as per standard drawing/ as directed and fixing the same in position to the gate pillers in line and level including painting the gate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of approved metal primer and cost of supply of all materials, labour, fabrication charges, transportation to site, scaffolding charges, fixing in position etc complete as directed.
