Hiring of Sewer Suction cum Jetting machine of capacity 3000Ltr. For de- silting of sewer line including diesel and labour etc. Brief specification of machine the minimum required truck chassis size shall be Tata-407 or Equivalent make of other companies (Euro-IV version) Jetting pump – 150LPM (mm), Maximum working pressure = 150bar, Air handling capacity- 1800m3 /hour with minimum vacuum of 80% Minimum tank capacity – 3000Ltr. ( 1500Ltr. Fresh water+1500ltr. Sludge)a)The VAR-3000 liters combined tank capacity, MCV truck chassis mounted, combined suction-cum jetting unit is capable of de-silting and de-choking civil/industrial drains and sewer lines of diameters 300 mm to 800 mm. The equipment consists of suction and a high-pressure water jetting equipment integrated to complete the Suction-cum-Jetting Combination unit. De-choking and de-silting of the sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out by the High Pressure Jetting System working on the principal of hydrodynamic cleaning by injecting high pressure water into the lines through a suitably dimensioned sewer jetting hose and special cleaning nozzles. Aspiration of the effluent from sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out on the principle of generating high vacuum in the sludge compartment for siphoning out effluents, liquids slurry, sludge and other materials from depths of about approximately 7 to 8 meters, depending on the specific gravity of the effluent. The equipment will extract the sludge and slurry under high vacuum through a suction hose connected to the tank by a quick release hose coupling. The contents of the sludge tank will then be transported to any desired destination for disposal and emptied by means of hydraulic tipping of the tank.

Brief specification of super sucker machine the minimum required truck chassis size shall be Mahindra Blazo or equivalent make of other companies (Euro-IV version) Drive Unit – 250H.P, Jetting pump-440 LPM (mm) , Maximum working pressure = 200bar, Air handling capacity – 5500 m2/ hour with minimum vacuum of 80% minimum fresh water tank capacity- 5000ltr. De-silting of sewer line /storm water line with mechanical device link super sucker machine/device & there after c.c.tv survey of same with pen , tilt rotated camera , recording & giving 3 set of CD od cassette as directed by Engineer -In-charge i.e taking out debris silt, rubbish etc. i/c disposal of silt with in municipal dump ,sealing of all joints of sewer line found linking from admixture of cement suitable chemical installation of adequate-rubber of over pumping system, leak proof standing arrangement on u/s & d/s of working length temporary rising main etc. for smooth flow of sewerage system to avoid flood in power connection with stand by gen. set of 62.5KVA gas detector for air ventilator etc. and provision of safety equipments, traffic control arrangement & proper light at night, barricading display of sign board complete insurance of work man cleaning of site removal of all hindrance/obst, unforeseen item.
