REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF MCB DBS, MCBS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT CERTAIN OTM MD ACCN AT WELLINGTON STATION UNDER GE WELLINGTON

Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, bell etc, and making good disturbed surfaces with smooth finish matching with the existing surface of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade PVC insulated, sheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade in and including PVC conduit medium grade complete with conduit fittings/accessories with provn of 1.2 mm thick MS/PVC terminal boxes of suitable size and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing of switches, sockets etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for One light/Ex-fan point controlled by one switch 5Amps SP all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 hereinbefore but One 3 pin 5A switch socket outlet on independent Board all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 hereinbefore but point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm FRLS cable for 3 pin 15 A socket outlet on independent board including 2.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing and caping complete with fittings/ accessories with provn of 1.2 mm thick MS/PVC terminal boxes of suitable size and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing of switches, sockets etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for One light /Ex-fan point controlled by one switch 5Amps SP all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade PVC insulated, sheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade in and including PVC conduit medium grade in concealed complete with conduit fittings/ accessories including 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for One light/Ex-fan point controlled by one switch 5Amps SP all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Sunken box/ Cover plate for modular plate for modular switches, sockets etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items and blank plate required if any will be deemed included in the item rate. 2. Cutting chases in stone masonry wall will be measured and paid separately.
