Carrying out Non destructive Rebound hammer test at the required site and lab samples as per IS procedure including surface preparation, Grid marking and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. One number of test means taking nine reading of rebound indices measurement. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out Non destructive Ultrasonic pulse velocity test (UPVT) at the required site and lab samples as per IS procedure including surface preparation, Grid marking and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out Non destructive Resistivity test at the required site and lab samples as per standard procedure including surface preparation, Grid marking and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out Non destructive Carbonation test at the required site and lab samples as per IS procedure including chemical preparation, surface preparation and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out Non destructive Half cell potential test at the required site and lab samples as per standard procedure including chemical preparation, surface preparation, Grid marking and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Drilling of 100mm diameter core of required length for the withdrawl of hardened concrete from the existing structure for testing various parameters complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling of 75mm diameter core of required length for the withdrawl of hardened concrete from the existing structure for testing various parameters complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling of 50mm diameter core of required length for the withdrawl of hardened concrete from the existing structure for testing various parameters complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling with Non shrink Cementitious Micro concrete (Renderoc RG of FOSROC or approved equivalent) in core drilling area with a bonding precoat (NitoBond EP or equivalent) including cleaning of drilled surface, applying bonding precoat, filling of cementitious micro concrete, finishing the surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - 75mm dia hole

Cutting and dressing the core specimens to required depth for conducting various test like RCPT, UPVT etc. including surface finishing of each sample complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sampling and conducting pH value test of hardened concrete sample by crushing of sample, mixing with distilled water, preparing required solution and complete, as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cleaning the apparatus, testing area and arranging back the materials in their respective areas also includes the work. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Sampling and conducting Chloride test of hardened concrete sample by crushing the sample, mixing with distilled water, preparing required solution and complete, as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department. Note: Cleaning the apparatus, testing area and arranging back the materials in their respective areas also includes the work.

Drilling borewell of 160mm n/b upto 10metres depth by mechanical means confirming to IS:2800(Part-1) in all kind of soil, sand, clay, murrum, soft rock and hard rock etc. and complete truly vertical with equipments and labours etc. as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of Test reports in the specified formats and documenting official letters and documentation, maintaining registers, files and periodical updating of datas for storage and retrieval and as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. All the reports to be photo copied prior to dispatch and to be scanned for future reference. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .

Carrying out Rapid Chloride Permeability Test (RCPT) in the laboratory to determine the electrical conductance of concrete specimens. This process encompasses precise cutting of core samples to specified dimensions, meticulous surface finishing to ensure smooth and even surfaces on each specimen, proper installation of specimens in the testing apparatus, preparation of chemical solution with required normality and recording test results over the specified time period as per relevant standards and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out air permeability of cover concrete at site using TORRENT Permeability tester instrument which includes surface preparation , creation of vacuum on the surface and conducting the test as per relevant standard and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.

Carrying out water penetration depth, testing under pressure to evaluate the water resistance and durability of concrete structures which involves casting concrete samples using the concrete mix proportion adopted during the construction of the structure, curing the samples appropriately, securing the samples in the testing apparatus, monitoring the applied pressure over a specified duration, and measuring the depth of water penetration and complete, as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. The necessary instruments/equipment required for the test will be provided by the department.
