Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.Make:- SUPER LATEX or DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD and PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "approachable / accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) cleaning of new rendered surfaces properly and drying the surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats as per manufacturers instruction.

M & L for plain aluminium sheeting 0.56mm thick bright finished bent/cut to shape ( for covering parapet top, side of roof projection and other similar works) fixed with flat aluminium 10 x 2 mm and screw PVC raw plug @ 300 C/C distance complete all as specified and as directed by GE.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6), cut and polished as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 single core 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded FR LSH copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 1 x 4 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dollyincluding removing old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to 32 x 6mm GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.
