Making canopy type LED lighting arrangement at mela ground with different coloured (yellow/ Blue/Red) LED light to be fixed by suitable G.I. wire across the road with all interconnection complete for the entire mela period i.e. from 06-01-2025 to 16-01-2025

Supply of 2 x 4 sq.mm. and 1 x 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for main circuit line on hire basis

Supply on hire basis and drawing of L.T. distribution line from medium pressure line as per IE rules and ISS by suitable size PVC single core Aluminium wire and supply of binding wire insulation connection etc. as per direction of EIC on or before 06.01.2025

Providing on hire basis including supplying, laying and transportation charges of 7/20 or 4 sq.mm 1.1 kv grade single core PVC instated and sheathed stranded aluminium wires/cables including dismantling the same after completion of the mela

Providing on hire basis 30 Amps SMPS having input voltage 230 volt 50 Hz AC and out put voltage 12 volt DC for power supply to canopy lighting system of Road No.1,3.4&5

Providing on hire basis including design and manufacturing of full colour high definition outdoor type RGB LED Pixel board having full colour LED module with necessary hardware fittings for branding of Gnaga Sagar Mela. The board should have approximately 10000 lamp. [Size of board:4' x 60'] [Matter: GANGA SAGAR MELA - 2022] from 06-01-2025 to 16-01-2025

Providing on hire basis annimation controller for changing of colour and annimation of the board as in Sl. No.1, the annimation controller should controll 2000 lamps.

Providing on hire basis 70 Amps SMPS having input voltage 230 volt 50 Hz AC and out put voltage 12 volt DC for power supply to canopy lighting system of Road No.1,3,4&5

Making bamboo structure on hire basis of size 9mtr x 18 mtr with bamboo post including cutting in suitable size, shape, jointing cross support, vertical support and covering with cloths for fixing of the RGB Pixel LED board and dismantling after completion of Mela. [Size:4' x 60']

Dismantling of the entire installataion after completion of mela.

Hire and labour charges for temporary gate structure as per desighn and direction of EIC. with salbollah / bamboo post of approved size and runner, cross support, vertical support and covering with different coloured cloth and dismantling the same after completion of the mela. [2 Nos Gate at Sridham & Rudranagar]

Making temporary decorative lighting arrangement on both side of the gate structure on hire basis by fitting fixing at site decorative boards on salbollah / bamboo gate structures including decorative design LED lighting accessories with different colour LED lights. The board should have in built power circuit board for operating in 230 volt 50Hz AC supply with controller etc and dismantling after completion of mela. [ 2 Nos x 2 sides]

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation round the clock from 05-01-2025 to 16-01-2025
