Earthwork on Excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial leads of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts and clearing and leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications’.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M Sand in layers of 150mm thick, including watering with all layers and consolidation, etc., complete complying with standard specifications cost and conveyance of sand to site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., complete as standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC ventilator (un-plasticized poly viny choloride) louvered ventilators of from profile size outer frame 60x58mm and shutter profiles size 60x78mm both profiles reinforced with GI 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black color) covered with all the edges frame shutters. The corners and joints to be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glas 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauges 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock, and bottom rails.
