CERTAIN MISC REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANKS, CLEANING CLEARING OF BLOCKAGES, CLEANING OF NAHANI GULLY TRAP, BRICK RCC PCC DRAIN, COVER SLAB AT SPDC, WED, DSRV NSD MANKHURD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

cleaning /clearing of blockage of gully traps, floor traps, vertical and horizontal soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines( PVC/SGW/ CI/RCC of any dia) except cleaning of manholes including opening inspection eye door of bend/ branch pieces, rodding till smooth flow and refixing of door after cleaning and any other cleaning work as directed by engr-in-charge in the area of the SPDC, WED, DSRV & NSD Mankhurd under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: (a) Contractor's labour will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days at online complain cell centre and attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch etc and any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from one area/location to other area/location to attend complaints, plugging of sewer and diverting flow of sewage if necessary to carry out the work and removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. (d) the work for this item will be completed minimum 11 months from the commencement of the work and minimum 01 manpower will be reported to this office daily from the commencement of the work and extra manpower in addition of 01 may also be provided based on urgent requirement and no extra payment will be paid on this account.
