M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as Specified

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in solid building blocks 10cm thick setting in cement mortar,1:4 complete, in walls all as specified.

Demolition of Brick/precast concrete block/Stone/boulder masonary walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc all as specified and as directed

M&L TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to all as specified

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab/Roof beam landings and similar works n exc 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) fair finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M 25 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in roof beams/roof slabs supported on walls surfaces of concrete flat all as specified.

M&L for randering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 and rendering is to be finish even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L for preperation of old/new concrete /plastered surface of any description, two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Powder Coated (Minimum thickness of powdercoating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame of standerd section for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with double rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (For sliding window )
