Construction of Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compaction with virbratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, S.L.- 4-II, of MORD specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical clause 405(3), of MORD specification & as per direction of E/I.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. Ch-20, S.I. 20

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (1:3:6) (M-10)

Providing and laying of 40 mm gauge B/B under Hume pipe culvert foundation in road work including all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for completion of the work.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause no.600,1202&1203

Supply, laying and fixing of NP4 class hume pipes in proper position in culvert. For 350 mm dia

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification clauses 613 & 1204

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matters.
