Dismounting, window AC 1.5/2.0 TR to the ground level, transporting to near water point in the complex, taking out the AC from outer cover, washing the unit with soap solution jet followed by clean water jet, drying, wiping, transporting back & re-fixing at original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR capacity of any make by washing the outdoor unit condenser coil with soap water jet followed with clean water jet and indoor unit with the help of blower, wipe and clean the unit with dry cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in charge. Note:- Cost of hiring T&P i.e. blower, pressure pump bucket hose pipe deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for servicing of following appliances comprising of thorough cleaning, lubricating of all moving parts, replacement of wornout screws, bolts etc to make the unit for smooth operation for :- (a) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs cooling capacity.

(b) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

Taking down defective /unserviceable AC rotary compressor of any make of capacity 1.5 TR and replacing with new rotary compressor of make Toshiba, Mitsubishi, voltas, Hagelin and refixing the same including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : blue star/LG/Voltas/Kirlosakar

Taking down defective /unserviceable AC rotary compressor of any make of capacity 2.0 TR and replacing with new rotary compressor of make Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Hagelin and refixing the same including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement of PCB of split type AC Cap 1.5/ 2 TR as per existing make and model. Complete all as specified and directed by Engrs - in- charge.

M&L, for providing rubber foam heavy duty insulation tube over the existing copper tubing of any length at any location in replacement of worn out insulation including fixing with cable tie, clamping all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement front grill of window type AC as per sample, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, replacement to air filters of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity as per existing pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of wood wool pad ( Set of three) heavy duty for desert cooler complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning after taking down complete body including fitting and fixtures of desert coolers of capacity 4000/5000 cum/hours of any make with wire including removal of all sludge, loose paint dirt etc and preparationand cleaning of surface for painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamenl spray paint inside and outside surfaces and applying two coats rubber seal paint inside the water tank, and rewriting of MES No etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 3 Pin Top, 5 Amp for desert coolers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

As per srl item No 76 but 2.0 Kilo watt capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix thermostat suitable for 25/35/50 litre capacity storage type water heater including removal of old unserviceable ones all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dasspass or equivalent ISI Marked.

Supply and fix non return valve (gun metal) of size 15mm including removal of old one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surface of Geysers and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spraying paint machine including making MES number on body of the Geyser including taking down and refixing and connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement outer shell of water heater of capacity 25 Ltrs with provision for fixing inlet or oulet assembly,safty valve,thermostate,inlet outlet connection etc the shell should be as per IS specification with and including glass wool filled for thermal insulation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement inlet and outlet of water brass assembly of water heater of capacity 25 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Transportation of any cooling/heating appliances from one location to another location including disconnecting electric connection and refixing in other location in the premises of 54 ASP area complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Note :- The amount of Rs 184957/- against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 149 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
