Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windowand clerestory windows using 1 Okg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt· shutters hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.using second class kail wood of 30mm thick for WINDOWS

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

6mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer coat with cement primer.

Providing and applying French sprit polish of 2 coat incl. wooden filler

Providing and fixing of ready made flooring 8mm thick (ACTION TESA AC4).

Carriage of cement and steel avg. lead of 20Km by MT
