Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Square Metre and not exceeding 2 Square Metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Square Metre and not exceeding 04 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick IInd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note: Door shutter width not exc 0.85m with single shutter each door but door shutter width exc 0.85m two panel shutter each door without any extra cost.

M & L for 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides compete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 35 mm thick IInd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton window, ventilator, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of new untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved shade) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete & making good the floors/walls in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 to match the existing floors/walls complete all as specified and directed.
