CA NO GE(U)/CHM-78/2025-26 REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO FILTER BEDS, CALIFLOCULATOR INCL AREATORS, HEADERS, CONTROL VALVES, CHLORONOME PLANT AND OTHER CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT PUMPING INSTALLATIONS UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr in depth: for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for support to pipe line, foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Taking up CI/ DI/ MS/ GI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast 150 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking up CI/ DI/ MS/ GI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast 200 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe 150 mm bore with socket & spigot ends having ISI marking conforming to IS:8329/2000 in standard lengths of classification K-9 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton joint (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes, including aligning the pipes inside trenches as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: Cutting of pipe excavation, earth work & joints CI/ DI specials shall be measured & paid for Separately.
