REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER AGE B/R II OF GE (WEST) FEROZEPUR

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs jointed and pointed in cement mortar including removal of grass vegitation including roots near out let of RWP and OHT staging area or specifically ordered in writing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part hereof ) and removing from site to adistance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m complete all as specified. Note :- Demolition of Mud puska to be cut in average thickness from top surface of roof for creating the slope as directed

Demoletion and breaking up drain pipes 110 mm dia (Salt glazed ware,AC, PVC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete or stone and ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing & refixing of existing water tank of capacity exc 200 ltr and n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting, reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing & refixing of existing water tank of capacity exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting, reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.
