The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k=0.052 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performace as per (BS 476 pt 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjsuter of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T'. The system should rest on periphery walls/partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall SS screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions fo the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 12.5mm thick gypsum ceiling boards of size 595mm X 595mm, fully perforated made from plaster board having glass fiber confirming to IS 2095 Part-I, having perfortions of 9.7mm X 9.7mm at 19.4mm c/c backed with non woven tissues having an NCR of 0.79 with 50mm resin bonded glass wool backing in true horizontal level suspended on existing interlocking metal.

M&L Painting ceiling boards with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour over priming coat with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, of area 3 sqm and below architrave, holdfasts etc. and disposal of unserviceable material complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading is deemed to be included in quoted rates).

M&L for providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing 100mm of size Brass mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

M&L for providing and fixing powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron) aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and jointed with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm MS square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using MS screws of 65/ 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made plain panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

M&L for providing and fixing 200x10 mm aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Taking down water proofing treatment including plaster from roof of any discription including lose surface, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping, clean & whasing down with water to remove dust etc and removing scraped materials outside of MOD land.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturar instructions. Roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified or directed. (Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Waterproofing on roof and parapets including flashing and junctions of parapet, kerb wall etc. as under :- (a) Applying bituminous primer on cleaned and dried surface @ 0.40 litre/Sqm. (b) Laying of 3mm thick APP based polymeric water proofing membrane (weighing not less than 3kg/sqm) reinforced with polyster non wove fabric. (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) by thermo fusion using butance torch with 10cm longitudinal and 15cm end overlaps firmly bonded and levelled by heating with butane torch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Painting the expose APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm.

Supply of liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including and disposal of unserviceable material out side MOD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material outside MOD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work of thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including disposal of unserviceable material outside MOD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over and including 12 mm thick rendering in cement Mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) bed, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge. .

M&L for providing and laying vitrified floor tiles size 600x600 mm and 8 to 10 mm thick with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bed, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying vitrified tiles size 600x600 mm and 8 to 10 mm thick, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over and including 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside MOD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick Kota stone prepolished (mirror finish) Kota stone slab flooring on 20 mm thick bed or cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Drak shade pigment using ordinary cement area of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Kota Stone in steps as tread to be provide in single piece and edgs should be rounded and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepolished (mirror finish) Kota Stone slabs 18-20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars, area of any size to be provided in single piece laid over and including 12 mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 20 to 22mm thick (Dark Shade) in footpath & courtyard, laid over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

M&L for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
