This mixture shall be mixed with crushed granite/ basalt/trap (6mm and down) in the proportion 1:2 by volume (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Metalic hardner shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supplying only.

Supply only Metallic floor hardener of approved size and quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy-duty Linoleum flooring sheets of thickness 3.2–3.3 mm, in any approved colour, manufactured from up to 98% natural and sustainable raw materials, comprising solidified linseed oil, pine resin, cork dust, wood flour and mineral fillers, backed with hessian/canvas fabric, conforming to EN ISO 24011 and EN ISO 10874 or equivalent standards, The material shall be fire retardant, having reaction to fire Class Bfl-s1 as per EN 13501-1 and slip resistance minimum R9 as per DIN 51130 / EN 13893. The flooring shall be laid over prepared floor surface using approved manufacturer-recommended adhesive, including stretching, cutting, jointing, rolling, sealing of joints, finishing, and all incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed for tiles) in cement mortar (1:4) in grey cement including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, and finish the surface even and fair/rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The labour element of mixing of Liquid Water Proof Compound is included in this item.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed for tiles) in cement mortar (1:4) in grey cement including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, and finish the surface even and fair/rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The labour element of mixing of Liquid Water Proof Compound is included in this item.

Material and labour for providing Double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved light shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, having thickness not less than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite, laid as in floors and skirting, set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 3mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

Material and labour for providing Anti-skid vitrified tiles, matte finish, coloured tiles (approved shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, having thickness not less than 7mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, laid as in floors, set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 3mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

Material and labour 18-20mm thick Granite (approved shade like dark black, mahroom etc ), machine cut, duly factory grinding and polishing (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platform, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, for counter sunk or table top wash basin, vanities counter, as in skirting and like or where directed, set & jointed in and including neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Per Sqm and pointing in white cement mixing with pigment to match with shade of granite, including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for repair of surface with GP-2 (General Purpose Grout) or repair mortar upto 15mm thick as per site condition/ manufacturer’s instruction and including cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed. M and L for cleaning surface of any loose dust, dirt or slurry by means of wire brush, dust removing brush etc. after preparation of surface treated with PU epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesive of the coating, after primer applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, polyurethane resin cold applied with spray, applied PU membrane shall be UV resistant with SRI (Sun Reflective Index) of 98 with an elongation of 650% +50 and tensile strength not less than 2Mpa. No leakage upto five bars of water pressure. Shore hardness >70 shall be 2.00mm (overall) DFT (Dry film thickness), In two or more layers (each layer minimum 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 2.00mm DFT complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Earth obtained from excavation shall be used and nothing extra on account of lead shall be paid.

Material and labour for supplying approved earth from outside MOD land (irrespective of any lead) and stacking where directed for forming embankments and compacting the earth complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Only consolidated thickness of earth will be measured and paid. (ii) Qty of earthwork shall be decided by BOO convened by CWE at the time of execution of work (where stacking) as per taking initial and final level/taking measurement after compacting the earth and after standard deduction minimum 15%. (iii) Cost for rough excavation, loading, unloading, transportation, taking levels etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted , nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 110mm bore uPVC pipes grade 'B' single socketed in any length, fixed as weep holes in toe wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/demolition of complete existing black top surface in any area exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm (average depth 50mm) as per requirement in single pass with suitable cold milling machine fitted with loading convey or for loading the milled material directly on the trucks and stacking where directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Stacked/milled material removing from site to any lead at contractor site (out side MOD land) after completion of road work or as directed by GE being contractor property (as per credit Sch) cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material & labour for Preparing existing surfaces of WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc. & after preparing applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 @ 7-10 kg/10 Sqm on surfaces of WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Preparing of existing black top and DBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc.& after preparing applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 @ 3 to 3.5 kg/10 sqm on DBM/bituminous surfaces as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous new surfaces of road and marking thermo plastic reflective paint 2mm thick as in centre lines, side lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like (in any colour as directed like white, golden, yellow, orange black etc.) on road surface to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm conforming to MORTH clause No 803-4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing two way (dual direction) reflective road stud ABS body confirming to IRC 67-1977 having capacity 40 tonne (cat eye) of size 100mmx 100mm x 18.5 mm, with amber/red/yellow reflective panels and fixing on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying exessive pressure and fixed with zinc plated steel nail of size 8mm dia 120mm long at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI certified flameproof 15 Watt LED bulk head luminaire recommended for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2, die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass/dome glass, external reflector, pre coated electronic type luminaire with inbuilt electronic driver, internally pre-wired, complete with all other accessories and including making electric connection connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable and connector block, tobe fixed flush to wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI certified flameproof 40 Watt LED bulk head luminaire recommended for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2, die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass/dome glass, external reflector, pre coated electronic type luminaire with inbuilt electronic driver, internally pre-wired, complete with all other accessories and including making electric connection connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable and connector block, tobe fixed flush to wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI certified flame proof DB die cast aluminium alloy (LM-6) Gas group of IIA, IIB and IIC, SPN 8 way, 240 Volts, operated externally spring type knob complete with cable entry to suitable incomming/out going cable with cable glands suitable for hazardous area and confirming to IS-2147/62, neoprene gasket, pre-wired, DB tobe fixed flush to wall surface, including flame proof MCB as under complete all as specified and as directed. (a) MCB single pole & neutral 32 Amps, 10 KA rupturing capacity, curve 'B' - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCB single pole 6 Amps, 10 KA, curve 'B'- 06 Nos (Outgoing)

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4mm dia galvanised iron wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing Aluminium strip of any size from roof surface/along wall surface as earth grid and down conductor of lightening protection (from any height of building and in any position) including fixing accessories like base insulator, saddles, clamps, fixing screws, nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re-fixing Aluminium strip of any size (old serviceable strip shall be reused obtained from taking down items) but with and including new ceramic/porcelain vitreous insulator (at not more than 100cm c/c) for base of suitable size and saddles and fixing screws, nut bolts with washer etc. for fixing the strip on roof surface/along wall surface as earth grid and down conductor of lightening protection system (above ground upto any height of building and in any position) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with and including ceramic/porcelain vitreous insulator (at not more than 100cm c/c) for base of suitable size and saddles and fixing screws, nut bolts with washer etc. for fixing the strip on roof surface/along wall surface as earth grid and down conductor of lightening protection system (above ground upto any height of building and in any position) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and dismantling Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod fixed/embedded in PCC in any position at any height of building including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long at roof surface at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC block for fixing shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block for embedded the termination rod (lightening protection system) & similar work etc at roof surface at any height including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 4 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw, fixed on wall surface including making connections of down earth conductors and earthing strips including taking down old any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earthing strip 25x3.15mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto 7.5 mtr length, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and copper earthing strip upto 7.5 mtr from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Net CONTRACT SUM will be worked out in General Summary after deduction of ‘CREDIT SCHEDULE’ amount inserted by MES.
