1. Scope of work. Supply & Constr of UG Ops room at tuting (RCC framed structure and PCC block masonry) and Retaining wall with RR masonry as per drgs and specifications as Appx 'A'. Store list of Constr Mtrl att as per Annx- I. (a) Dimensions of Ops room. (i) Ops room : 17.70m x 15.45m (Internal) (ii) Height : 3.2m (internal) (iii) Two Entry : 6.00m x 2.00m (iv) Sump pit (v) Septic tank and soak pit Store list of Electrical items att as per Annx- II. Store list of Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings items att as per Annx- III.

Constr of 10 Mtr (L) x 3.60 Mtr (HT) of retaining wall. Detailed Specification as per Appx 'B' and list of constr mtrl as per Annx - IV.

Supply & Constr of connecting Road/Hardstanding. Detailed technical specifications att as per Appx 'C' and list of constr mtrl as per Annx - V.

Supply & Constr of 105.00 Mtr length and 1.50Mtr wide Plinth protection/Foot path. Details of Tech Specification as per Appx 'D' and store list att at Annx 'VI'.

Supply and Constr of Area drainage 100.00 mtr long, Complete all as shown on drawing. Detailed specification of Area drainage constr part as given in Appx 'E' att. Store List of constr mtrl is att as per Annx - VII.

Provn of 58.5 KVA CPCB IV+ compliant Genset , efficient CRDI system 02E Series : low emission , high efficiency engine. The Diesel Generator Set shall be supplied with a warranty of 2 year. Genr Set should be covered with appropriate size of shed having PPGI roof sheet and PCC plinth. Detailed Specification as per Appx 'F' and store list is att as per Annx - VII & VIII. NOTE: (i) Initial testing done by the supplier at consignee for and cost of the effect is deemed to be included in quoted rate of the Gen Set. Warranty:- The Contractor will give free warranty for engine, alternator , self batteries, control panel and remaining accesories for a period of minimum 24 months from the date of supply, for generator which do not require commissioning or for a period of minimum one year from the date of commissioning and succesful testing , for generator which require commissioning , whichever is later.

The unit to have sensor capable of detecting fixed temperature of 58 degree celcious and and actuating an inbuilt alarm powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard)

Fire ball extinguisher of 1.3 Kg weight with suitable provision for wall mounting and cpable of self activating on contact with flames. The unit to be maintainance free, non toxic, envoronment friendly and suitable for all type of fires. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard/Kanex/Fire Stop/Elide or Equivalent)

Sub-Soil investigationn in ordinary soil (viz. Clayey, Silty & Sandy) by conducting bore hole up to 15m depth or up to the depth of refusal whichever is earlier, including collection of disturbed soil samples at every 1.50m interval or at every significant change in strata including conducting necessary lab. Test, recommendation of suitable type of foundation, report preparation with Liquefaction Calculation Report & submission of report in two copies.
