Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravels/soil-aggregate base by providing wel graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 402.or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding materials at the rate of 0.06 Cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II 63 to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mannual means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grades and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cubic metre (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-III as MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mannual means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per Square Metre) of road surface using mechanical means bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic brooms as per Technical Specification Clause 503 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of type-"A" 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre to five decimal six millimetre ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metre) pre-mixed with bitumen binder grade VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg. (fourteen decimal six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying manually to required grade and camber and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred ) KN static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-”B” complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B with bitumen grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 Kg. (six decimal eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square metre premixed in mini hot mix plant, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying of mixed materials manually and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred ) KN static roller complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
