Providing Services for Manning, Running & daily operation of Main Receiving station (HT/LT) located at Army Land Sub Station by deploying One Electrician Skilled in each shift round the clock in three shift per day (8 Hours per shift), including Sundays & holidays, Maintaining the Log sheet/ Register for Incoming & out Going feeders as directed & shown by Engr-In-charge and also attending break downs/ repairs on break down complaint calls of HT & LT lines in the area and rectifying the problems by replacing DO fuses and HT jumpers etc and restore the electric supply in area with necessary arrangements, if required for change over of HT ring main supply etc consisting of following :- Details of Plant:- (a) Main supply at 11 KV - 02 Nos Receiving Points from AED(b) Step Down Transformer 11 / 0.433 KV - 02 Nos :01 No 200 KVA Near JCO Mess & 01 No 50 KVA Near Offrs Mess(c) Incomer through Two Pole Structure 11 KV 200 amps - 02 No Out going feeders - 02 Nos (d) DG Set - 03 Nos : 02 No Near JCO Mess - 62.5 KVA & 62.5 KVA each01 No Near Offrs Mess - 32 KVA

(C) Note for item no.1 &2: (i) All log sheets to be maintained during each shift and details of consumables used to be maintained on each plant running record book. (ii) Records for running hours and fuel consumed to be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (iii)The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (iv)Incase of non operation the plant on account of contractor's fault/ non employment of operators, suitable market recovery per shift shall be recoverd from contractor's dues. (v)Any tradesmen/ employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment more than 11 month. (vi)Misc spares required such as tinted copper fuse wire, discharge rod, cotton,cleaning agents & misc items deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii)Monitoring the performance of plant & uploading of records & submission. (viii)Daily check of HT/LT Substation/ switch gears. (ix)Careful control on the plant/machinery and maintaining clean and Hygienic condition.(x)Area cleaning and Maintenance of plant/machinery premises. (xi)Maintenance of all records and documents as specified and directed by Engr-incharge.(xii) Checking of earth values of earth pits and filling of water in earth pits in substation. (xiii) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMMINGS) (a) I Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (b) II Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours (c) III Shift : 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours (Note :– 01 Operator per shift total three shifts – 03 Operators (Electrician)

(xviii) Technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days. The employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of IAFW-2249. (xiv) The contractor is responsible for submitting the documents of qualification / experience certificate & police verification certificate of employees before commencement of work.(xx) The rate considered is deemed to include for 1st hour maintenance including cleaning and replacement of minor spare parts of unserviceable parts and when required.(xxi) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygienic condition and around the installation. The contractor is fully responsible towards the health of staff employed.(xxii)In case of requirement, tradesmen provided per one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xxiii)Attendance register shall be maintained by contractor and it shall be submitted by contractor to the dept for verification.(xxiv)In case of absence operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered.(xxv)Departmental equipments of each building /installations shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(xxvi)During operation of installations/equipments/tree trimming respective electrical power lines/Electrical panels/DG Sets equipments should be isolated properly,necessary safety measurments(like helmet,belt, insulation glouves etc..),necessary safety precautions /safety devices to be adopted and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for same & in case any eventuality during their working time to tradesmen/Operators, the contractor is fully responsible.

(xxvii)The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department and same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xxviii) Shift operator shall be relived after next shift operator arriving the installations necessary arrangments to be monitored by contactor/contactor's Rep(other than genaral shifts). (xxix)Shift timings & operation of intstallations shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xxx)Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt Of India and the same to be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Documentry proof of duly signed by contarctor/contractor's rep and individual to be forwaded.
