Supply and install, testing and commissioning of step down outdoor type copper wound, Oil immersed transformer of capacity 500 KVA (Level-2) complete (Platform mounted) with standard, fitting HT 11KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire (Dyn11) with off load changer with range +7.5 to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to vary secondary voltage all as per IS 1180 ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-in-Charge. (1) Technical Details : (a) No load Voltage Ratio (Normal Tap) - 11000/433 V (b) Number of phases : Three (c) Frequency : 50 Hz (d) Type of Cooling : ONAN (e) Winding connections : The primary winding (HV) shall be connected in delta and secondary winding ( LV) shall be connected in star. (f) Vector Group : Windings shall be connected as per Vector symbol : Dyn11 (g) Neutral Earthing : The neutral point of Secondary (LV) winding shall be brought out to a separate insulated terminal and shall be solidly earthed. (h) Off Load Tap Changer of the transformer : Voltage tapping range on H.V. side will be (+7.5%) to (-7.5%) insteps of 2.5%. The tap changing switch shall be located in a convenient position so that it can be operated from ground level. The switch handle shall be provided with a locking arrangement along with tap position, enabling the switch to be locked in position. The tap position marking should increase in clockwise direction and there should be a back stopper in between tap position 1(+7.5%) & 7(-7.5%). (j) The percentage impedance at 75 °C & 50 Hz refer to the (normal) principal Tapping shall be 4.5%. (k) Losses : Minimum losses as per manufacturer. (l) Buchholz Relay (Double float type) (Having contacts for Alarm & Trip)

(b) Conservator with Oil gauge, filling Hole with plug and drain hole with plug. (c) undercarriage with four plain rollers. (d) Oil filling hole cum air release plug. (e) Drain Valve cum sampling valve. (f) Filter valve with Plug. (g) Lifting Lugs for Transformers. (h) Lifting lugs for Lid. (j) Earthing Terminals. (k) Thermometer Pocket (l) Silicagel Breather (m) Inspection Cover. (n) Explosion Vent. (o) 6 inches Dial type Thermometer with alarm, trip contacts and maximum temperature indicator with Metal Guard. (p) Rating Plate and Diagram Plate.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 , 11 meter long complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm stone graded stone aggregate in foundation and copying with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC anti climbing device, cross arms insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work measure and paid separately)

M&L for cross arms,bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts washers,welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced for making busbar on 3 pole and 4 pole structures, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT 11KV,outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, Laying and testing 11000 volts (E) grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated cable, Stranded Compact Circular Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen With Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screening with extruded Semi Conducting Compound in combination with Copper Tape, cores laid up, Pressure extruded PVC innersheath, galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC Sheathed Cable conforming to IS 7098 / (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments of aluminium conductor cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) Earth work in excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover, cable protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 m from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M&L for fly ash bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of Broken Stone or Boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as coping of pole including necessary form work as required, complete all as specified and as directed.
