M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and similar items etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 0.8mm galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with screws and washers, as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws and washers with zinc coating 275 GSM as specified.

Repairing of sliding steel shutter and their components (twisted /bend) like frame, crane rail sections, wheels and their sheets (if any required) of size (4.5mx4.5m) and making easy including two coats of synthetic enamel paints after prepration of old painted surface etc complete all as directed.

S&F Framed work Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality -A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing ( Beam, Tee, angle channel or flate sectios) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Conforming to Fe 410-W ( Gde 250 Quality 'B') complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for expanded metal, weight not less than 4 kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required, welded to steel members/frame where required in any position (Ventilator etc) and at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick /stone walling built in cement mortor including all quoins ,coping etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Making "V" groove of 5mm wide and 5mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete/brick saw blade and cleaning it by air blower and sealing it with polymer modified mortar of approved brand by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 12mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on wall surface, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Key pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints and key pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat colour wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel old steel surfaces exc 10cm girth including preparation of surfaces (Height of trusses more than 6.00 mtr from FFL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10cm girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted zinc or galvanised surface of any description and in position and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified . Note: (a) The surface of corrugated steel sheeting shall be measured flat (not girth) without any extra allowance for laps and the area obtain shall be increased by 14%. (b) The surface of plain steel sheeting as in ridge, hips, velley gutters, flashings etc, shall be measured flat alongwith girth (length and girth as fixed) and the area obtained shall be added to teh area of corrugated steel sheeting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment to old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of colour washing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded colour code copper conductor in steel conduit with FRLS cable1.5 Sqmm size 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 in box of 1.6 mm thick including one coat of synthetic enmelled black paint and providing with brass screws and cup washers including single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same concealed conduit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following :-

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps.

(b) One 3 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on same board.

Material and Labour for surface point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor in Steel conduit with cable 2.5 Sqmm size 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 in new metal flush box of 1.6 mm thick including one coat of syenthetic enamelled black paint with new modular white cover plate with frame of suitable size of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers including single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 2.5Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same concealed conduit for One 3 Pin socket 15A Indepentent board

(a) One 3 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on independent board.

S&F of factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with metal double door (IP-43 protection ) fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, eath bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with knockouts and suitable for one DP MCB as incomer and 6 SP MCBs as outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 alongwith cable end box for above DB all as specified and directed. NOTE (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below GL) connected with GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as secified and directed at site.
