Demolition of brick work in any position, built in cement mortar and removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) of any description in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above the ground level) and removing rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling and Stone floor including cement mortar bedded (but not backing) & removing rubbish from of the premises.Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar complete all a specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc and removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc.6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using WPC complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be meaured and paid seperately)

M&L, rendring 15 mm thick in CM(1:4) on fair faces of brick works , finished the surface as rough cast plaster , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in Cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over new surfaces including preparation of new surfaces finished even and smooth using 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ), in camouflaging pattern, over newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer , including preparation newly surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L 1st quality non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 1st quality Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including provision of 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factorymade chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade conforming to IS: 15658:2006 with approved colour design & pattern as in footparth, hape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper blocks into the sand bedding layer hrough vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all a specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone agrregate) as sub-base to floor etc complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 , 40 mm stone graded agg as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates, coping, kerbs, water trough and like incl. rounded or chamfered on edges complete all a specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers or RCC Jali 25 mm thick, made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 ,using 12.5 mm gaded stone aggregates and set in cement mortor 1:4 (measured solid), including moulding but excluding frame (precast frame shall be measured seprately) including demolition of old RCC jali, complete all as specifified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete RCC designer pillar of size 100mmx100mmx900mm made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 ,using 20 mm gaded stone aggregates and set in cement mortor 1:4 including all mouldings etc.Complete all as specified and directed bby Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness with grid of any type and pattern including cover fillets and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by engr-in Charge.

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L 12mm thick perforated gypsum board fixed in ceiling for insulation or accoustic purpose, flat or sloping fixed on & inluding Aluminium snap grid frame work with staple pins complete all as specified and directed to engr-in Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any driscription and any position complete all as specified.

Dismandling for plain or corrugated Steel/AC sheeting ,any guage thickness including nainital or similar pattern foof coverings complete.

M&L rolled mild steel for as in framing fro cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates conforming to Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

S&F mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed, each screwed end have two washer and one nut, dia of shank 11mm-15mm and length of bolt not exc 5 cm long. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructionscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described by applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Repair aluminium door and window shutters any size and type by taking down shutter from frame, opening out joints, taking out glass or panels of any description, replacing the corner piece wherever required , joining and assembling again, refixte the glass pane and paneis by provision of new rubber neoprene packing complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring,easing or adjusting without taking down /window shutters not exceeding 1 sqm for easy operation, tighting hinges, adjusting position of hinges, tower bolts, sliding bolt etc including provision of necessary screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:3:6 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for filling door frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing rolling shutters easing,adjesting,greasing of anchoring rod, side guided plate, bevel gear box top cover etc, by mechanical means incuding minor repair/welding etc, shutters smooth operation incuding replacement of damade parts annd refixing the same at same place, Complete all as specified and directed bby Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The work shall be executed through any approved workshop with perior approval of GE, by mechanical means i,e . crane,tool & Plant etc. 2. All necessary safety measures shall be taken during execution of work. 3. All necessary repairs/minor items such as nut,bolt, washer, T & P,crane etc shall be provided to ensure smooth closing/opening of the rolling shutters without any extra cost to the govt.
