Concreting of Foundations using M20 Grade Cement - Concrete - Coarse Sand mixture in the Ratio of 1:2:4 with 20 mm Stone Metal for Towers & Gantries including Cost of Materials, De-watering, Shoring, Shuttering, Framing, Curing etc.

Installation of Steel Reinforcement Bars in R.C.C. Foundation for Towers & Gantries including Cost of Steel Reinforcement Bars with due Cutting, Bending, Placing, Binding etc.

Transportation of new Tower Parts, Gantry Structures, ACSR Zebra Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators / Polymer Insulator Strings, Hardware Fittings etc. from Storage Place at the designated Sub Stations to Line Site, Line Site to Line Site as per direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.

Erection of Super Structures of above 220KV Towers, their Extensions wherever required and Gantries including all work above Ground Level with proper Fixing & Tightening of all Tower Parts including Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. but excluding the Hoisting of Insulators, Fixing of Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc.

Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of 7/10 SWG Earth Wire including Fixing of Tension Fittings, Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers to Section Tower between existing Tower Location No. 116 to Loc. No. 120 on new Line Route.

Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of ACSR Zebra Conductor in all the 3 Phases including Hoisting of Tension / Suspension Insulator Strings, Double / Single Tension Fittings, Single Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers to Section Tower between existing Tower Location No. 116 to Loc. No. 120 on new Line Route.

Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 2nd Section of the Towers from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & finally, applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected surface.

Earthing work including Earth Work etc. for Pipe type Earthing of new Section Towers / Gantries including cost of Coke, Salt etc.

Anchoring by providing of Stay on Cross Arms of Section Towers at Loc. No. 116 & 120 before removal of old Conductors by making C.C. Foundation for Anchoring of Stay Wire, Fixing of suitable Stay Wire / Rod etc. and finally, removal thereof after Stringing of new Conductors. (1 Job per Cross Arm)

De-stringing of ACSR Zebra Conductor of all the 3 Phases between Section Tower to Section Tower including De-hoisting of Tension / Suspension Disc Insulator Strings, Hardware Fittings, Conductor Fittings / Accessories etc. between existing Tower Location No. 116 to Loc. No. 120 on the Line.

De-stringing of 7/10 SWG Earth Wire between Section Tower to Section Tower including De-hoisting of Hardware Fittings, Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc. between existing Tower Location No. 116 to Loc. No. 120 of the Line.

Dismantling of Super Structure of existing Tower Location No. 117 to Loc. No. 119 above Ground Level including necessary use of Gas Cutter for cutting of Welded Bolts - Nuts etc.

Removding of RCC Chimeny of dismentalled Tower (all 4 legs) below 1 meter from ground level including cutting of stub, back filling and dispose of use less concerting..

Transportation of Dismantled Tower Parts, Conductor, Earth Wire, Disc Insulators, Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc. and Transporting back the unused new Items from Line Site to Stores at the designated Sub Stations as per direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.

Round the Clock Watch & Ward of the Line / Line Materials during Line diversion work to avoid theft of Tower Parts, Conductors, Hardware Fittings, Accessories etc. (1 Job per Day)
